In order to provide satisfaction to as many customers as possible, we have established the following "Social Media Guidelines" that stipulate the attitude and behavior that our official social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as "official accounts") must adhere to. We will endeavor to operate our official accounts in accordance with these guidelines.

1. Thoughts on social media
Social media is a web service (such as X, Instagram, LINE) that uses the Internet and web technology to enable individuals to freely send and receive information and enable more people to communicate with each other.
We view social media as a valuable service that allows us to convey the voice of Plenus to our customers and listen to what they have to say, and we aim to provide even greater satisfaction to our customers through public relations and listening activities using this platform.
②When using social media
We fully understand the following characteristics of the Internet, and will use social media to operate our official accounts honestly and transparently.
1. Public nature of information space: The Internet is an open space that is widely open to society, and in that sense it has the characteristics of a public space.
2. Infinite number of participants: The Internet has a global reach and has the relational characteristics of allowing an infinite number of different people to participate and collaborate.

In operating our official accounts, we promise our customers the following:
