4. Disclosure
If a customer requests disclosure of their own information held by our company, we will respond within a reasonable period and scope after verifying that the requester is the customer (or their agent).

5.Correction etc.
If you wish to correct, add to, or delete the content of your own information held by our company, we will first verify that you are the person making the request (or your agent) and, if the content is not factual, we will correct, add to, or delete the information within a reasonable period of time and to a reasonable extent.

6. Suspension of use/deletion/suspension of provision to third parties
If a customer wishes to have their own information held by our company suspended or deleted, or to have that information cease to be provided to a third party, we will suspend or delete the information or cease to provide it to a third party within a reasonable period and scope after verifying that the requester is the customer (or their agent).

4. Handling of Anonymously Processed Information
